The integration of ELF codes into the standardized set of legal entity reference data available in the Global LEI Index further enhances the business card information contained in each Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) record. Richer data provides an improved user experience as it helps categorize legal entities and thus provides better insight into the global market. 12. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTES 12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, you agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Transactions Act, UCITA shall not apply to this Agreement or any interpretation or dispute relating thereto. 12.2 Any dispute under this Agreement shall be resolved by dispute in the federal or state courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the federal courts, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of the claim by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdiction or defense of venue otherwise available. The Site has implemented certain security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. While no security measure is foolproof, we believe we have a system in place that is as secure as today`s technology allows. Our network firewall is a combination of hardware and software that prevents unauthorized users from accessing our network. All potentially sensitive data, including credit card payment information, is encrypted before transmission. MPUG reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time and will post notice of such changes. The amendments will be effective immediately upon posting (the «Effective Date»).
If a change to the Agreement is not acceptable to you, you must stop using the Services. Your use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If we make new products or services available, they will be considered part of the Services and your use will be subject to the terms of this Agreement, unless we notify you that other terms apply. You must also comply with any additional terms that apply to third-party content, materials, information, software, or other services. 2. DEFINITIONS 2.1 «Collaborative Content» means User Content posted on or in the interactive services of the Website for the purpose of collaborating with other users. 2.2 «Interactive Services» means message boards, message boards, blogs, virtual communities and other interactive media made available by MPUG through the Website. 2.3 The term «MPUG Intellectual Property» means all text, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, button icons, programs, software and other data, content, information and materials, tangible and intangible, and all intellectual property rights therein, which are owned by MPUG or have been licensed to MPUG by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, MPUG content and MPUG marks. 2.4 «MPUG Mark(s)» means all trademarks and service marks owned by MPUG as defined in 15 U.S.C.
§ 1127. 2.5 The term «MPUG» refers to the Microsoft Project user group. 2.6 «MPUG Content» means copyrighted content that is owned by MPUG or any other copyrighted content that is owned by MPUG`s third party partners. 2.7 The term «Services» means all information, content, products, materials and services made available to you by MPUG and/or third parties linked via the Website. 2.8 «Website» means the website www.MPUG.com owned and operated by Project Management Institute, Inc. 2.9 «User Content» means any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photograph, graphic, video, message, tag or other material posted by users on or in the interactive services of the Website. 2.10 The terms «you», «your» and/or «user» refer to any natural and/or legal person who accesses the Website for any reason. 3. OWNERSHIP AND USE OF MPUG`S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 3.1 Ownership and Use. MPUG`s intellectual property that excludes User Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit through interactive services («MPUG Intellectual Property») is owned by MPUG or licensed to us by our third party partners.
