When you join the San Antonio Apartment Association, you automatically become a member of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association and access the benefits of members of all three associations. The Texas Apartment Association is the state`s premier association representing rental property owners and operators. Since 1963, we have worked with our members to promote high professional standards, fair legislation, and a healthy, competitive rental market that meets the rental housing needs of all Texans. The Texas Apartment Association, Inc. (TAA) is a statewide nonprofit trade association dedicated to uniting rental housing professionals through education, legislative advocacy, and member services. TAA is affiliated with the National Apartment Association and local associations in 25 Texas cities. Members join TAA and NAA by joining the local affiliate in their region. Our members are rental apartment owners, builders, developers, property managers and businesses that provide products or services for rental properties.
