Titose is responsible for compliance with 18 years of banking experience. She has extensive experience in organizational strategic alignment, risk management and in the evolution of performance and financial management as well as in human resources management. Previously, she held several senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Operational Risk for Southern Africa, Head of Operational Risk, and Head of Marketing and Branch Management. Titose holds a Bachelor of Humanities from the University of Botswana and a Master of Strategic Management from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom. Wendy is one of the founders of the Peotona Group. Previously, she was Managing Director of The Retail Business of FirstRand Limited and, prior to that, Executive Director of Rand Merchant Bank Holdings. Previously, barclays PLC, Anglo American Platinum Limited, Development Bank of Southern Africa, Alexander Forbes, Eskom, Nedbank, Telkom, Aveng (Vice President), Lafarge Industries (Chairman), South African Financial Markets Advisory Board, Discovery Holdings, Dimension Data PLC and Momentum Group. She was also a member of the President`s Advisory Council on Black Economic Empowerment. She is Vice Chair of the Board of Incorporation of the Gender-Based Violence Fundraising Intervention Fund (GBVF). Mark is a graduate of Oxford University, a Chartered Accountant and was previously a partner in the financial services consulting practice of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. From 2003 to 2016, he held various positions at Barclays PLC, including Group Financial Controller, Head of Investor Relations, Chief Financial Officer of Corporate and Investment Banking and, most recently, Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Mark is also a director of Veritum Partners Limited, which advises European banks on market interactions, and a non-executive director of Petershill Partners plc.
Alfred joined the bank in 2009. He is a Managing Director of Lazare Kaplan Botswana (Pty) Ltd., a subsidiary of Lazare Kaplan International Inc. in New York City. As a foreign policy expert and career diplomat, Alfred began his career in 1978 and served as Botswana`s ambassador to various missions around the world, including the United Nations. He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Essex, UK. • Provide effective and efficient legal risk management support to the Head of Legal Zambia in the form of monitoring and complying with internal policies and managing the impact of external factors affecting the business; Job Description Since joining Absa in 2007, Bongiwe has held a number of leadership positions at the bank, most recently as Managing Director of Sales in Wealth Management, Investment Management and Insurance (WIMI). Alex has held a number of leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet, including Director of Shared Services in the UK, Chief Financial Officer at Dun & Bradstreet Europe Ltd and Head of Accounting Reengineering. He then returned to Ghana and worked for Ashanti Goldfields in several management positions. Alex was Vice President, Knowledge and Information at AngloGold Ashanti from 2005 to 2010.

Between 2000 and 2006, he worked in private practice specializing in commercial and civil litigation, corporate law and labour law.
While working as a private lawyer, he also taught banking, corporate and contract law at the University of Botswana. Prior to joining Absa Bank Botswana, he spent six years in the UK, where he was a lecturer in law (commercial law) at the University of London and an international lawyer (finance) at an international commercial law firm in London. In 2009, he was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Tshwane University of Technology and an MBA. Prabashni is an experienced audit practitioner with extensive experience in the banking sector.
In her last position, she was Chief Internal Auditor of the Nedbank Group, prior to that she spent 15 years at Standard Bank in various management positions. He completed his internships at KPMG and then joined Merrill Lynch in London as Financial Controller for Credit Products. Charles worked for Deutsche Bank in London and Frankfurt from 1998 to 2006 as Head of Interest Rate Product Control before joining Absa Capital as Chief Financial Officer in September 2006. In October 2007, he became Chief Operating Officer of Corporate and Investment Banking and in September 2012 Regional Head of Finance of the Absa Group. Charles was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Absa Group in May 2014. • To provide legal support to Absa Bank Zambia Plc, Deon has been with Absa for over 20 years of his 22 years in the banking industry. More recently, as Group Treasurer, Deon was primarily responsible for the group`s liquidity risk, refinancing, capital and untrade market risks.
