Numbering provides a framework for your text and makes your legal writing structured and easy to understand. But if your agreement contains a sub-paragraph, it`s painfully easy to mess things up, especially when editing and finalizing the text. Enter multi-level lists. Select the list level you want to edit by selecting it from the list. 1 is selected by default. Specify the font, size, and color of the list style. Can the text that passes under a layer be linked to the outline layer or does it have a different style with a similar name so that it is placed next to the outline layer on the balcony? To use an existing style in Word for each layer in the list, under Link layer to style, select a style. 3.4 Untitled detailed text. I`ve been working on different solutions for some time now. The multi-number/level drop-down menu that displays: Current List, List Library, List in Current Document is the only place where I discovered that I can access/edit/»save» multiple number/layer styles. You can now format level 2. In the Click Level to change list, select 2. Add the L2 descriptive text and remove the character ), From the Numeric Format drop-down list for this level, select Lowercase alphabetic characters. I now understand how to use multi-level numbering, which was a big challenge for me Thank you. I can accomplish the above, but only with multi-level lists that have the first (and sometimes second) hard-coded level specific to a particular header.
